Hector Beltran Leyva, alias "El H," is the head of the Beltran Leyva Organization (BLO) in Mexico. Once one of the most feared groups in the region, the BLO’s top leadership has been decimated in recent years. Hector is the last remaining Beltran Leyva still alive or at large.
