Inside the Criminal Career of Memo Fantasma

Over the last two years, InSight Crime has interviewed more than a dozen Colombian drug traffickers and former paramilitaries who worked directly with “Memo Fantasma” or “Will the Ghost,” going back to the days of the Medellín Cartel.
