AQ: Battling Organized Crime in Guatemala

In the article, Beltrán and Panner detail recent efforts undertaken by the International Commission against Impunity in Guatemala (CICIG) to combat organized crime and impunity, and they recommend ways in which democracy and rule of law can be strengthened in the country.
