Benjamin Arellano Felix, alias "El Señor," a leader of Mexico's Tijuana Cartel, has been extradited to the U.S., reports El Universal. Arellano Felix is wanted on charges related to drug trafficking and money laundering by the Southern District of California. His drug trafficking organization (DTO), also known as the Arellano Felix Organization, has been run by his family for over a decade. Under Benjamin Arellano Felix's command it has carried out major drug trafficking operations from Baja California to the U.S. He was captured by the Mexican Army in 2002 in one of his houses in Puebla.
