Suspected members of the Rastrojos criminal gang threw a grenade at a small store in Tumaco, a city along the Pacific Coast known for being a depot and launching pad for illegal narcotics, killing a policeman and a civilian, El Tiempo is reporting. Thirteen others were injured. Authorities said it may be a reprisal for the arrest of six members of the Colombian Navy in mid-October who were allegedly working with gang.
